as per my friend(clerk in PNB ) confirmation that all newly joined clerk in Nationalised bank had basic pay 13265/- as per newly increment policy adopted by branch.how SBH giving basic pay less as compared to Nationalised bank.Is there  any chances to change in post n basis pay due to union strike in december.
