Guys please put some light on the matter of 2nd list allotment in SBI associate clerk....As I heard many people have not joined and they are doing so in PO's...I was 2 marks short of the final cut off...state karnataka category general...is there any chance?

Guys what does it mean the job of Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) to a girl? I mean will they be sent outdoor for selling SBH products? Or do they have to market some products like calling a customer through phone and canvass him to a credit card? Is it an indoor job? Or outdoor job? What does it mean to an introvert girl? Join or not?, if we don't like marketing job (going out of office).
P.S.: If we already work in a PSB as a clerk which is a classical bank job, quitting that and go to SBH or not? plz suggest
Received appointment letter by post today (SBH-Telangana). In the letter of Introduction it was give that "The format of Memorandum of Appointment which is placed in personnel dept. site under newly recruited clerks is to be signed and issued to the employee by you." does any one downloaded this memorandum from the site? wher to download?

Number of selected candidates are leaving job of assistant while people like me are dying to take one. Banks should release second list along with first list.
