Please help Bob exam Hai 28 ko Mera laptop screen randomly band (black) ho ra hai and uske bad my laptop shuts off (not shutdown) directly power ka led band. Again when I start my laptop randomly after 10-20 minutes same thing. Battery ka issue hai? How to confirm battery ka issue hai ya adapter ka or something else?? My laptop is under extended warranty (it does not cover battery And adapter)
