I think normalization sucks. suppose kisi ka paper asaan aya usne 80 kr diye maan lo easy mai accuacy ban jati hai achi aur 5 no kat gye 74 aur normalization krke jyada farak ni pda wo to tbhi bhut upr hai cutoff se Ab jiska tough paper aya wo 54 hi kr paya aur tough mai accuracy hoti ni achi normalization krke bhi jyada fadak ni pdega wo to cutoff se aur niche chla gya. I think mujhe to ye fair ni lgta
Mai cut off k bare main kuch bol nhi sakta ... Par ek baat dhyan me rakhna hai .. k ibps po main 1:20 k ratio mai mains me gaye the or ibps clerk me 1:5 k ratio me par yaha clerk or po dono me 1:10 ratio me mains me lenge .. par ye sbi hai kuch bhi ho sakta hai
