Raat mai jald kya so gaya..Cutoff ko 95-100 pe pahucha diye tum log..Dont forget normalisation and first shift me wo combo terror Reasoning+Maths ka..Mere shift ki Delhi Cutoff 90..isse ek number upar not possible..

Can anyone post GK questions 2nd shift plz? Big wala thanks in advance..
2nd shift quant paper was not easy if you see them only and chose wrong question first. People who have selected question wisely only could do 35 or 40. Quants paper seems tough but was doable actually . And yes whoever is comparing GA with quants is a most idiot person in this world.. in GA YOU CAN DO 50 question in 20 minutes. But in quants you can't do it . Though I believe both papers were same or somewhat lesser or more. Second shift and days of exam always have benefit of getting reviews. I feel that just because of this benefits they could have been able to do more questions..
How is Normalisation of marks done by IBPS? The normalisation of exam marks is done using the Equi-Percentile method. Let us see, how it is done. First, the percentile rank of the students for each shift of the exam is calculated using the formula given below: After that, based on the number of available vacancies, a cutoff percentile rank is decided. Based on this cutoff score, candidates are shortlisted for the next phase of the recruitment process. We will illustrate the above formula with the help of an example. Let us consider 2 shifts of IBPS Clerk Prelims exam. For Shift 1, let's say 5 students appeared for the exam and 8 in the 2nd shift..Post this, a cutoff score is set by the exam conducting organization. Say the cutoff is decided at 43%. Now, students of all the shifts, who scored 43% and percentile marks above that will qualify the exam. If we have a look at the above shifts, A, B, C, P, Q, R, and S will qualify the exam, while D, E, T, U, V and W will not qualify the said exam.
There is a clear partiality bw first shift and 2nd shift atleast in Qa section!!!
