Guys mere GA ko chor kar baki me 80 aa rahe hai and ga me sirf 5 ya 6 aur ye sirf is exam ne nhi sabhi me hota hai maine last 2 years me sare mains diye (except last year ibps po) par ga ki vajah se hamesa 2-4 number kam rah hi jate hai. Normalization Upward hota hai ya fir downward . aisa nahin hai ki upward downward dono ho jayega. Pre mein bhi hard shift walon ka mark badhke aaya hai. Aur previous year ke rrb clerk mein Downward normalization hua tha to sab doubt mein they ke itna mark kaise kat gaya unka. Aur jinka shift ke question aasan ho woh humesha fayede mein hni rahengey. Yeh sala IBPS bhi bata ta nahin kaise kiya normalization. overall or subjectwise . agar subjectwise hota ho toh 1st shift walon ka qa mein kucch badhke aayega aue 2nd walon ka english mein. Most important thing is Normalization ka effect IBPS max 1.1- 1.3 hi rakhta hai. means agar 1.2 rakha toh 20 laane wale ka 20*1.2=24 hoga agar uska shift mein woh topic hard tha . so aisa koi umeed mat rakho ki 10-15 mark badhke tumhara achhe din aa jayengey. other exam ke preparation mein lag jao sab.
