Why people don't opt for Nagaland or Arunachal Pradesh having less cutoff than other states because I guess everyone here has English subject in their matriculation .... Did I do the same mistake?

Rajasthan cutoff 95+ Either u should not have more than 5-6 questions wrong /negative or u should have 125+ attempts irrespective of your category because rajasthan has more OBC population than General population .
