Simple If 1st shift peoples attempted 100 with 90% above accuracy then 2nd shift people's can attempt 120 with same accuracy. So 2nd shift could score 100-105 has maximum but 1st shift 80-85 or maximum 90 could score. Finally normalisation Minimum 8 marks and maximum 16 marks should be given to 1st candidates bcoz Two mistakes made by SBI 1- There is unnecessary of made scheduled 2nd shift 2- if 2nd shift s neccesity then paper level should be balanced. If normalisation could not happen let comment your decision against sbi below.
I had done a poll(300+ participated) few days back on comparision of overall difficulty level of both shift papers and we could clearly come to the conclusion that 1st shift paper was little bit tougher than the 2nd shift one but still few people are arguing on this same topic.....is there any other way to end this cold war between the two groups??
