Finally in. If I talk about my success story this will be again a failure to me. We should talk more about our failure when we reach our destination. My journey started in June 2015 , not for banks but for SSC Cgl but usme kuch hua aur IBPS CLERK 2015 ke mains mai pahuch gye. Paper diya , idea tha nhi, so mains mai reh gye. That year idea of interview was scrapped so cutoff shoot up ho gyi aur reasoning mai 2 marks se nhi hua. Idhar SSC mai bhi nhi hua. But meanwhile bad things started to haunt me. Due to retina problem, I had to through LASIK surgey, in March 2016 , becoz of that I wasn't able to read ( precautionary) till mid June 2016. In June 2016 I gave SBI PO , I cleared mains but again out in the end. Failing to which I thought bhai , sbi po hai toh ibps po 2016 main ho hi jaega.. with august and September in my hand , I could clearly from my mistake and will get a job in 2016. But again kismat, went through horrible major accident near to death experience, which forced to be on bed rest for 3 month i.e till DECEMBER , In short 2016 was gone with no job. Mean while humari ek gf unki job lg gyi thi private sector mai nd he didnt want to be with this guy with no success, 5 saal ki relation ko tata bye bye bol diya. Lo bhai Depression word bhi life mai aa gya aur use deal krne lge. Till 2017 august I was broken, no to study nothing, duniya ka lagta i was in study mode but actually i could not focus. Finally socha is baar last try wrna kisi private sector mai kismat maan ke ghus jaege. Ibps clerk 2017 ... Result came in april 2018 ..Made into reserve list.. so lga bhai kuch kr skta hu ab bhi apni life ke sath ... And today is the day I am posting this. Lakhon baar lga ki chhod do , relatives leke dost se relationship sb kho gye kahi is journey mai. Aur mujhe insaan ki smjh samjha gye. Is phase se life sbse jyada sikha. Jinka nhi hua ye padh ke bs smjhe ki bahut short mai ye likha hai ye .. kbhi apne failure ko dusre ki success se mt jodo coz you never know aap kaha tak successful ho pehle se hi. All the best to all. And wishes to all nd to those who are not selected, bhai aise hi post padhta tha aaj likha hai just coz l never loose hope. SBI is most reputed and top lender of the country, so SBI comes with brand name and fame. Apart from this , lets see monetary difference, Following is the structure of the salary scale of a Bank Clerk. It is the same for IBPS and SBI: Rs. 11765 – (655×3) – 13730 – (815×3) – 16175 – (980×4) – 20095 – (1145×7) – 28110 – (2120×1) – 30230 – (1310×1) – 31540. The total initial pay of a bank clerk will be 18,100 to 19,800. SBI Bank Clerks get 2000 extra compared to other banks, hence the total initial pay is 20,100 to 21,800. The increment scale is provided in the bracket. Perks : Clerks, recruited from IBPS or SBI, have the following perks and allowances: Dearness allowance The DA is 39.4% of the basic pay (11,765) and is revised quarterly. Special allowance 7.75% HRA Depending on the posting, HRA can be 10% or 9% or 7.5%. Career Growth : IBPS Clerk : The bank Clerks will be promoted to Officer Cadre in 3-4 years. The clerks can reach the Senior Management position after 20-25 years of working. SBI Clerk : In case of SBI, there is a high chance of getting promoted as Trainee Officer in just 3-4 years. Trainee Officer is equivalent to Probationary Officer. Working in SBI provides more exposure compared to other PSBs. Posting : In IBPS Clerk, since all other PSB’s have lesser no. of branches all over the country, the chances of getting bank near your native place is less. Whereas, as SBI is having a vast outreach, so there is more chances of getting posted near your home town. Conclusion : SBI Clerk > Ibps Clerk Now, coming to RRB-PO : For Office Scale 1 for new recruits= Rs. 29000-33000. Office Scale 1 Pay Scale: 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700. Obviously, Salary for RRB-PO will be more than Sbi-Clerk. But , now looking to some long term prespective. In Rrb, you will always be posted in rural areas , as it is meant for financial inclusion of people of rural India, whereas this is not the case with SBI, may be in starting you may be posted in rural areas but surely not for more than 2–3 years.As, you have now become PO ,your fight PO in better banks end as both will have probation of 1 yr, and you will not do probation period again for same post.After 2yrs Joining as RRB-PO ,you will be at the same post, but after joining SBI Clerk within 2 yrs, you can have 2 IBPS-PO Exams, 2 SBI-PO Exam, 2 JAIIB Exam , in all you will have 6 chances of becoming PO in 2 yrs of service of SBI-Clerk, where 2 chances of SBI-PO is again Very best. Conclusion : Point is in this case it depends person to person, if you are happy and want to stable yourself due to some constraints then you can opt for RRB-Scale 1, but if you think for long term and have confidence to aim for IBPS-PO/SBI-PO, then you should opt for SBI Clerk. At, first this may not seem suitable option, but later on it will prove to be correct. And from my personal opinion try to clear SBI-PO, as again for same reason, SBI Offers best salary, perks among all other PSB’s. According to me, if your ultimate aim is to reach SBI-PO , or IBPS PO and you are ready to fight for it and have confidence then, SBI PO > IBPS PO > SBI Clerk > RRB PO > IBPS Clerk > RRB Clerk And if you want to settle down with your job and for it you can live in rural areas for most of your job : SBI PO > IBPS PO > RRB PO > SBI Clerk > IBPS Clerk > RRB Clerk It may differ according to needs and situation of person, but all and all it doesn’t differ that much. It simply depends on what you want to achieve in life.But designation wise RRB PO is better.If you want good career growth along with brand SBI then SBI clerk is better. In RRB PO you can become scale-3 officer at maximum level but in SBI clerk you can retire as AGM if you take promotions on time in a fast track option.According to me,you should go for SBI clerk.
