Chahe aap jitne bhi mocks de do ghar pe.but exam me jo timer chalta 20 mins ka vo ghar me mocks k timer se 1000 times zyada stress deta..I gave my sbi clerk prelims yesterday..While attempting a puzzle,before starting I by mistake saw the time ,it was 7 mins 48 seconds left.after stating to read the puzzle,I completely fell blank.was actually sweating a lot.vaha pe ac chal rhi thi but pasina itna nikal raha that jaise mai 45 degree sunheat k neeche baitha hun.starting k 3 min to kuch smjh hi nahi aaya.dimaag bilkul sunn ho gya tha .After wasting about 4 minutes doing nothing and sweating like hell.i started to gain momentum.finally was able to solve that puzzle with just 4 seconds left..Rc me bhi same case hua.this anxiety and nervousness is very frustrating ...Don't know how to deal with it in exam ..I know many of u also face such situation in exam hall..How do u guys handle it??? Plzz help..Thanks..☺️
