Friends I have cleared my state PSC group1 prelims exam and I have my mains exam in July last week. I have to prepare a lot for that. I am in confusion to which exam I should give more importance bank exam or PSC exam. Any suggestion or advice friends?

If someone gets selected, then on what basis would he be given posting ? Like if would they be asked for city preferences while called for document verification ?

I have applied for Rajasthan state under UR category and also paid the fees.But now I want to apply for UP state under UR category as there are bulky vacancies in UP as compared to Rajasthan.As I am familiar with hindi language,can I apply once again for UP state?Will I get Jaipur as centre? I want to take advantage of more vacancies but I know luck stands first.Thanks
