to those who are confused about joining in SBI as JA beacause they are already working as SWO 'A' in respective public sector banks. I am one of them. working as clerk in UCO. so I can understand ur concern. but my dear friends remember the example of IDBI. it will goin to privatize for sure. we have to working almost 35yrs more. so in this long run there is no gurentee that our bank will not privatize. but for sure SBI will not. its the indias largest lender and one n only FORTUNE 500 bank. it will going to provide you a great social recognition,handsome salary (starting salary is same but allownces are more attractive) with added presure. but u guys knew it best that in banks we have to perform mscls functions other than cash R/P. but in sbi work os depertment specific. it is my suggestion to join SBI. but DECISION is yours. happy diwali.
