After how many years can a clerk get inter-state transfer?????

Anyone from Jharkhand who qualified??As it is given in the pdf that you have to await for the further info of appointment from the state headquarter....I straightaway went to the headquarter they said "abb seedhe jioning hoga aur proficiency language test mein bas baat cheet hoga" I asked them can I expect appointment letter within one month they said can't tell that but yes it within 15 days it may come....So I request you all rather than calling to the crpd no its better to contact your local head office...

there is no date of publictaion of result in my Graduation Marksheet and certificate , I have given the date in which result was published ( I remembered) at the time of registration. is there any major problem??? what shoult I do? I am from BENGAL

Any obc candidate tell me my obc certificate date issued is 5/12/15 and then i made another one in may 2016 and higher authority signed date is - 12/5/16 but they put date issued is - 5/12/15 but signed of new date 12/5/16 so which date sbi consider.Is my certificate valid ?
