I'm really unhappy about some guys expressing their grief over SBI introducing common languages in some states inorder to allow applicants from other states to apply for those states. We all talk about Need of Uniformity in India. Job is the only reason that we see people from different state today spread across India.
For those who oppose this move,I want to tell them,just grow up. You r no longer in that age where you wish to work in ur state and u get it.Some states like Delhi,West Bengal or Tamil Nadu are day by day becoming Job hubs.If you cant competete in these states,you can migrate to states which can offer you lower cuttoffs. If you cant make sacrifices,then you are not worthy of this job. U keep crying and blaming others only to get nothing. So be realistic,appreciate others efforts and sacrifices.Remember,when u point ur finger towards people from other states migrating to ur state for the sake of jobs,u forget to acknowledge their sacrfices. They come here leaving their family beside only to seek a job. Face the reality and transform ur mind. Else you can never move forward in life. Thank u for reading this.

cleared each exam but not last phase ie interview phase n i am talkin about bank exms, ssc exm
Everytime missed it by 1 or .5 or even 2 marks but each time cleared obc cutoff by 3-4 marks
and believe me never cursed system even when ppl looked at me like i am jobless n useless person....
I knew half ppl bettered my score while half ppl got despite of it..... just how system works right
Thing is I chased ppl in front of me not ppl behind me 🙈

"கிளார்க் தேர்வு தொடர்பாக, பாரத ஸ்டேட் வங்கி தொடர்பாக வெளியிட்ட முதல் அறிக்கையில், ' தமிழ்நாட்டில் தமிழ்மொழியில் தேர்வு எழுதலாம்' எனத் தெரிவித்திருந்தனர். அதேபோல், ' பாண்டிச்சேரியிலும் தமிழில் எழுதலாம்' என அறிவிப்பு வெளியானது. அறிவிப்பு வெளியான இருபது நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு, பாரத ஸ்டேட் வங்கியில் இருந்து மற்றொரு அறிவிப்பு வெளியானது. அந்த அறிவிப்பில், 'தமிழ்நாட்டில் தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் தேர்வு எழுதலாம்' என தெரிவித்திருந்தனர். இது அப்பட்டமான மோசடி. ஆங்கிலம் என்றொரு பிரிவு வகைப்படுத்தப்பட்டதால், டெல்லி, கேரளா உள்பட பிற மாநிலங்களில் உள்ளவர்கள் தமிழ்நாடு பிரிவில் தேர்வு எழுத விண்ணப்பித்துவிட்டனர். ஏனென்றால், காலிப் பணியிடத்தில் தமிழ்நாட்டில்தான் அதிக இடங்கள் வருகின்றன. பிற மாநிலங்களைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் எழுதும்போது 95 சதவீத இடங்களில் அவர்களே வெற்றி பெறவும் வாய்ப்பு அதிகம். இதனை எதிர்த்து குரல் கொடுக்க யாரும் வரவில்லை. தற்போது வெளியான ஸ்டேட் வங்கித் தேர்வு முடிவில், கேரளா மற்றும் வட இந்தியர்களின் ஆதிக்கமே தமிழ்நாட்டுப் பிரிவில் அரங்கேறியுள்ளது. நமக்கு எதிராக, மத்திய அரசின் துரோகங்கள் தொடர்ந்து கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. டெல்லியில் தமிழ்நாட்டின் பிரதிநிதிகளாக 50 எம்.பி.க்கள் இருந்தும் என்ன பயன்?" எனக் கொந்தளிப்போடு பேசி முடித்தார். திராவிட விடுதலைக் கழகத்தின் தலைவர் கொளத்தூர் மணியிடம் பேசினோம். " ஸ்டேட் வங்கித் தேர்வு அறிவிப்பு, தமிழ்நாட்டு மாணவர்களுக்கு மிகப் பெரிய வாய்ப்பாக கருதப்பட்டது. மற்ற மாநிலங்களைவிடவும், தமிழ்நாட்டுப் பிரிவில் ஏராளமான காலி இடங்கள் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டன. கேரளாவில் உள்ளவர்கள் மலையாளத்தில் எழுதலாம் என்ற முடிவில் எந்த மாற்றமும் செய்யப்படவில்லை. ஆனால், தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஆங்கிலம் என்றொரு பிரிவை கூடுதலாக சேர்ப்பதன் மூலம், அதிகப்படியான வட இந்தியர்களைத் திணிக்கும் முயற்சியில் வங்கி நிர்வாகம் செயல்பட்டது என்றே கருத வேண்டியுள்ளது. திட்டமிட்டே இப்படியொரு செயலை வங்கி நிர்வாகம் அரங்கேற்றியுள்ளது. வங்கிப் பணிகளில் அந்தந்த மாநிலங்களைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்குக் கூடுதல் முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுக்கக் காரணமே, கிராமப்புற சேவைகளில் அந்தந்த மாநில மொழி பேசுபவர்கள் இருந்தால், மக்களுக்குச் சேவை எளிதாகச் சென்று சேரும் என்பதற்காகத்தான். இப்போது அந்தப் பணிகளில் வடஇந்தியர்கள் அமர்வது என்பது நமக்குக் கொடுக்கப்படும் தண்டனையாகத்தான் பார்க்கிறோம். இந்த நடைமுறை மூலம், உத்தரப்பிரதேசத்தில் உள்ளவர்களும் கேரளத்தவர்களும் தமிழ்நாட்டுக்கு வந்து தேர்வு எழுதுகின்றனர். ஆனால், நாம் அங்கு சென்று தேர்வு எழுத முடியாது. இது அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டம் வரையறுத்துள்ள சம உரிமைக்கு எதிரானது. இதைப் பார்க்கும் தமிழக மாணவர்கள் என்ன மாதிரியான மனநிலைக்கு இட்டுச் செல்வார்கள் என்பதைப் பற்றி அரசுகள் அக்கறைப்படவில்லை. எனவே, வங்கி நிர்வாகத்தின் நடைமுறைக்கு எதிராக அறவழியிலும் சட்டரீதியாகவும் போராட்டத்தைத் தொடங்க இருக்கிறோம்" என்றார் ஆதங்கத்துடன். மாகாணங்களின் நலனுக்காக மொழிவாரி மாநிலங்கள் பிரிக்கப்பட்டதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக, 'தமிழ்நாடு 60' என்ற பெயரில் கொண்டாடிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். ஆனால், தமிழகத்தின் அடிப்படை உரிமைகளை நசுக்கும் வகையில் மத்திய அரசின் செயல்பாடுகள் தொடர்ந்து கொண்டே இருக்கின்றன.

I feel 30-40% of posts will remain vacant from the 1st list. Those who r selected in po, ssc or any other better posts will not join sbi clerk. So high chance for a good number of candidates getting a job who will be in the reserve list.😊😊😊

BOB SERVICE BOND: Service Bond: On successful completion of the course within the stipulated time period, the Bank would offer appointment as a Probationary Officer in JMG/S-I. At the time joining of Bank’s services, the candidate will have to execute a service Bond for serving a minimum of 3 years in the Bank w.e.f the date of their joining Bank’s service or else, shall pay back to the Bank the full amount of stipend received by him / her during the program, a notional amount of Rs. 1 lakh towards the cost of on-the –job training and also liquidate the entire Educational Loan outstanding at that point in time at the prevailing card rate from the date of availment. From the 3rd year onwards, any Officer leaving the Bank’s service will only have to clear his / her outstanding educational loan dues at applicable card rate. This condition is applicable to the candidates joining for BMSB from the selection exercise 2015-16 onwards. In case of candidates from 1st to 15th Batch (upto Selection exercise 2014-15), the period of service Bond will be 2 years.
