guys, i have one doubt. please make it clear. i passed my graduvation in 2011. and completed MBA in 2013. recently i brought my original degree for graguation for sbi ja documentation. i don't have any original degree for MBA but i have provisional certificate. should i need to produce original degree for MBA?

I have cleared SBI clerk mains exam. But now so much feared of language proficiency test. Because I belongs to Kerala. but i applied in tamilnadu region. my parents are from tamilnadu and i know to speak, write and read. But if a topic given to write an essay or a few sentence about it is difficult for me. Could you please let us know any further information or expected questions about language proficiency test?
I want to learn english speaking and especially improve my writing skills. I belong to small town of up where these type of skill training is not available. Can anyone guide me where i can learn these skills and also i want to know that will sbi clerk candidates provide these training by the sbi?

Will the bank manager by himself decide on the format and contents of the character certificate he will provide or do we need to provide a draft format of the same to the bank manager for the same? Is it necessary that the bank manager is from SBI? Any idea?
