Help please: Regarding getting a character certificate from a bank.
No one from any nationalized banks we maintain an account for years with good record is signing it as today I went running across nationalized banks in our locality and the branch managers in each of these banks said that as bank officials were not gazetted officers, they would not issue any character certificate. Even after I showed them that the application says"bank/gazetted officer", they did not issue me a character certificate.
I have my character certificates from my school and college, the college one being issued in the month of August 2016 after I passed out from my college with my degree certificate.
Is local candidate necessary
