For West Bengal, They asked to get the medical test reports by our own from any pathological lab, provided every report is signed by any m.d. doctor/ pathologist or someone of rank higher than m.d. . After document verification, doctor of sbi will check the reports and give certificate (format will be given by SBI during DV). If anyone already made the reports signed by any sbi medical senior officer no worry. fees taken by sbi doctor is RS. 200. after that lunch isalso provided and no letter is given to us after DV. 


Does any other state LHO giving letter of introduction after DV?
