frnds there is one doubt please clear it.. i want to know if it is cumpolsory ki hume medical exam unhi doctrs ke pas jaake karana hoga jinki list hume mail ke sath attachment me aayi hai... ya fir hum apne hometown me hi kisi doctor se karwa sakte hain? kya kisi aur doctr (jo ki sbi ka doc nahi hai) usse karwaye gaye test ki report valid hogi at the time of doc verification,,,,,?? i am from up lucknkw / delhi circle y dv is on 19 dec bareilly

I didn't mention my initial,just filled my name during filling application but all my certificates have my name with initial, during DV they asked about it and they wrote something like name mismatch in some sheet they were having, they verified everything,except this all were normal,then told me to leave and said further communication will be through mail. Do I have any problem because of this? Very upset.what shld I do further if they create some problem.
a query........ the forms which they have asked us to bring....should be self attested or by any gazetted officer like photocopy of marksheet....should they be attested.....
