I am selected in Bankura District Central Co-operative Bank(in West Bengal) as Scale 2 officer. I hv zero idea about Co-operative Banks... Can anyone plzzz clarify the followintg matters.. plzz
1. How is d future in Co-operative Bank? I hv heard some Co-operative Banks are closed if there are loss to Banks.(eg: Birbhum Co-operative Bank)
2. Is this semi-Govt?? Some people told me that State Govt. has 25% ownership in these Banks.
3. Is Salary here appreciable?
4. What about the work here? Is it similar to Bank P.O. ?
5. What about the promotion?
6. Is this a stable job? Is there any possibility losing my job in distant future??
