on my page,showing test is complete but start time is 15 min and no mark is available...can anyone explain me?

here we are doing 16x=35584, x=2224
so 9x = 9 . 2224= 20016
if we are taking ratios 16:13:9
16x/38=35584 ,then x=84512...then 9/38 . 84512 =20016
