I'm a CA final student attempting in nov 2015. I wish to write SBI PO exams this year june. In notification its given that Prelims will be conducted in june, but what about mains? What is the time gap between prelims & mains? As I need to prepare for CA exams I cant afford to write mains sometime in aug or sept..

Don't run for too many books just clear your basics and attempt mocks to get used to speed and accuracy expected. Any section should not be ignored i have seen people clearing overall cut off and missing sectional cutoff by 1. Last year DI section played the spoil sport for many. I am planning to join coaching for Quantitative Ability and prepare other subjects by myself. As I didn't have maths in my senior secondary classes. So, there are topics I will be studying for the first time and moreover I guess tricks for easier & faster solutions will also be covered here. Is this a good decision or coaching for all the subjetcs will be a better option?
Also DI section is not there for Prelim Test. But I suppose it will be there in Mains. Could you mention the subjects which will be there for Mains( tier 2) ?
