Friends small doubt.........what about this backlog vacancies..in sbi po.??last year ST has 439 vacancies ..and backlog now has 219..why they have not filled the vacancies..But the finall cut off for ST is 33.00 last selected candidate..how thy r deciding the final cut off without filling the vacancies ...what is the main criteria they follow??

My idea of how one should prepare for interview: 1.Personal Questions: like about your family(Parents,their profession,siblings),he might even ask your name meaning and if yours is a famous name,then he might also ask which famous personality shares your name. 2.Geographic questions: questions based on the politics of your state,famous historical places ,... basically know A to z about your state and city. 3.Questions on Hobbies: Might ask anything on the Subject of the hobby u have mentioned...So do a proper google search on it 4.Graduation Questions: Few basic questions on the subject he might be familiar with(i was asked about the layers of atmosphere,full form of GSM,what is 2g,3g,4g and so on) 5.Questions on Banking,economy and other current affairs 6.HR questions: This is where you should sound convincing that you are the right person for the job..questions like why PO,why PO after doing BE,why did you leave your job,,so on and so forth.. Please add if i have missed any
IS DERE ANY WAY THAT WE CAN BAN RESERVATION ???? and reservation relatedd topic could be ask in gd since gujrat is set on fire ,...... earlier times people use to hate n all untouchability things came to action but now a days everyone wants to eat rice with a silver spoon in there mouth ...... Dont you think instead of protesting for ban reservation and make one india and dont play any caste n all people are demanding reservation .... one should give reservation to poor only not that may include general ones also
