Circle preference may not seem that much of a big deal to some right now, but it kind of is. If you are considering staying in the bank after confirmation and have long (or even medium) term plans to stay here, this will be the place where you will be spending at least the next 8-10 years of your working life. So choose the circle wisely, after considering all factors like travel time/ distance from home, your general level of comfort with that state etc.
