I just checked my documents.. As far as 2 character certificates are concerned .. I have one from my Clg.. and in my Service certificate my past employer mentioned the following

CONDUCT : GOOD

So Can this Service Certificate work as Character Certificate (from previous employer) as well as the Experience Certificate ??

I am working in IT firm, Dont knw how to get employee certificate. Can joining letter along with Salary slips be treated as employee certificate...
