i havent worked anywhr ... thr will be guys in the interview who are already working in the banking sector or doing any other Job... so is there something like that they prefer working guys .. or its neutral???

I have all the semester mark sheets. But I don't have degree certificate. I did not collect it. Is it compulsory to attach it with the form? My college is quite far.

character certificate college ka 1 year purana hai. any problem?
sabse pehli baat, school ka certificate nahi chalega, it is kindly mentioned "last attended college" obviously graduation compulsory hai school se to graduation krenge nahi (yeah yeah business management MBA walo ka school hota hai that is exception)
dusri baat, gazatted officer aapke papa nahi ho skte, kyuki character certificate me directly mentioned hota hai "i do not know _______ personally" 2 character certificate chahiye, last page pe jao number 10, usme neeche mentioned hai character certificate two/three as required, so there's no "one" in option !!
then comes category certificate, yaar kitna complicated bana rhe ho us cheez ko, sbko pta hai thats most compulsory thing, ek to advantage milna hai usi ka proof nahi hai, pehle se banwakr nahi rkha, sure nahi the ki clear hoga mains ya fir jarurat nahi lgi, everyone is like i know itni jaldi nai banega, bhai jab pta tha pehle se ki itni jaldi nai bnega to banwaya kyu nai? aisa to hai nai ki wo ek week ke liye valid rehta hai !! aisa bhi nai hai ki aage exam nai dena..
baaki undertaking ka option rehta hai bt wo unprofessionalism criteria me bhi a jayega !!
