Puys..as I absconded from TCS two years ago, I don't have an experience certificate though I have all other relavent docs(salary slips etc) I haven't mentioned my work-ex in application form or bio-data form..but I have decided to be honest and gonna tell abt my exp in the interview if asked related questionsquestions as my exp is related to banking sector.. So if they ask, 'Why didn't you resign and aquire the certificate through proper process?' What should be the ideal answer? Will it be too stupid to say that " At that time as I had made up my mind to switch the career and try for public sector an experience certificate of my work in a private organization didn't seem of much importance to me..Though lately I felt that it was an immature decision and I should have gone through the due process"..
should we carry a separate resume which is prepared by ourselves orelse the bio-data form itself fine ???

Employment letter and appointment letter are same or different thing?
can any one explain the 5th point of the call letter which says that-"The candidate needs to bring one photo identity proof such as passport /adhar/PAN/Driving Licence/with duly attested Photograph /Identity card issued by gazetted officer in the official letter head". Last part I am not able to get do we need to bring Identity proof with photo, issued by the gazetted officer in there letter head.
