GD topic: can economic growth alone solve social issues in india?
Interview questions:
*capital of myanmar, nepal, bhutan, bangladesh
*CRR, White label ATMs
*Hobbies mainly
overall it was easy...
THIS IS A INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE SHARED BY A GIRL ON BA her interview was at Parliament Street Delhi
Reached the venue at 8 A.M.
verification was started at 8:20 A.M and it was finished at 9:30 A.M.
we all were settled down for GD. After 15 minute or so, the panel of 5 members
came (4M and 1FM)
They first wished us for making it to the interview and then they explained us the
ground rules of GD.
rules were:
1) we would have 3 minutes to think about the topic
2) we shall be given 2 minutes to speak about the topic (pros and cons whatever
we feel like)
3) Once everyone would have spoken we would have 5 minutes for open discussion(
not compulsory for everybody to participate)
GD topic was: The role of media as a investigator, prosecutor and Judge.
GD was going good but at the open discussion people actually became dominated
and made the discussion a fish market.
after GD we were served refreshments ( I got so excited to see food though :P)
So it was my turn to be interviewed. I entered the room at 1:50 and it was
finished at around 2:03PM.
Questions asked were:
M1 : where does your father work?
Me: answered
M1: from where did you complete your graduation and where is
this college located?
Me: answered
M1: after completing your graduation why didn't you go for
MBA?
Me: answered
Some questions from extracurricular activities.
M2: asked about Indian famous dancers and then changed the question and asked
about any three classical dance forms.
Me: answered
M1: why do you want to join a bank and why should we take you.
Me: answered ( I could have mentioned about more of my strengths and missed so
many things at that moment L
)
M2: what is the difference between marketing and sales? ( as my graduation was
related to it)
Me: answered.
M2: when does the role of HR start in an organization and when does it end?
Me: answered
M3: Name the private sector bank which was opened recently?
Me: answered
M3: name any three women CEO of bank.
Me: answered.
M4: asked about FDI and its related aspects and its impact on Indian economy.
Me: answered but he didn't seem to be satisfied with my answer. :'(
F1: asked about foreign issues and then asked about Yuan devaluation and its
impact on Indian and global economy.
Me: answered with some tukkas and later I realized that I could have given the
actual reasons and its impact on both Indian and global economy ( tab kuch yaad
nhi aaya magar L )
M1: Okay, you may leave now.
Me: thank you, have a great day ahead.
Overall experience was good and rest depends on results. I am keeping my
fingers crossed.

first of all, do not waste time in minute irrelevant details of your biodata form, fill it with valid data, mention pin codes of the addresses of the referees u r providing

M1 : I will ask a straight question... at what point in life, you decide which field you want to enter into?
I answered, not before completing your education, you achieve different milestones, as in 10th, 12th, graduation which help you decide the course of life...
M2: you are IT... how can you use your IT knowledge in banking?
I blabbered something about digital banking, then said that I can use my professional knowledge in banking.. team player and stuff
M2: what is banking? types of banks?
Me : clearly nervous, screwed up big time...
M2: what is bank rate ?
Pffff.... I gave the definition of repo rate, she said that's repo rate, what is bank rate? Me with a confused look... I actually got too confused and nervous... she asked me bank rate of SBI... I was like no idea... then which newspaper do you read... I answered..
Then she asked, why did you leave infosys.... my answer bcoz I got married, in turn, so when you have a baby, you will leave this job too? I said I already have a baby and my parents and in-laws are willing to help me out bcoz in today's world, it's not possible to lead a luxurious life on only one person's salary, I want to be financially independent...
M3 : types of remittance .... who manages it?
Me : NEFT, RTGS, explained
M4: recently which indians won nobel prize ?
Me : kailash satyarthi, malala yusufzai for peace
M4: malala is not indian
Me : yes, she is from pakistan
M4: any indian female who won nobel prize?
Me : (thinking)
M4: mother teresa...
Me : oh yeah....
M4: female president of India
Me: pratibhatai patil
M4: female prime minister
Me : Indira gandhi
M4: any other name?
Me : (after thinking for a second) no, that's it
Everyone laughed at my stupidity, including me...
M5: recent schemes launched by GOI for upliftment of poor?
Me : blabbered something about jan dhan, and MGNREGA
In all, was good, questions were super easy, but I screwed up because I got too nervous...
So, the key is, do not get nervous, be confident and remember, the panel is friendly... answer with a smile, if you don't know anything, just keep your calm and say I am sorry or I don't recall

Guys need help . In the Sbi form in page 2 there is a space for the post graduation course and below the name of University/ Institute there is a space for Approved by and AICTE (permanent ID) . What shall I write in these two spaces . Reply
guys we have to get identity and character certificate by different gazetted officers. and also leaving this documents do we have to get any other document attested by the officer
