bhaiyo, jinka interview ho gya ho, ek matter clear kro. obc certificate issued prior to 1st april, is acceptable or not. my certificate was issued on 12th feb 2015.

MY Interview experience. Venue -SBI lho complex parliament street.new Delhi. Time- 8 am. As I reached the venue they started document verification at 8.30 onwards. GD topic _ creation of payment bank is necessary. As it concluded in 2 rounds.in first round every one have to speak for 2 mins after it open discussion round. As our panel instructed us dat gd is starting from the 1st no candidate nd will go in a serial manner in first round. As I am the 1st no candidate i'l scared if the topic is completely uknown for me how m gonna even started but luckily I knw about the topic. As m d 1st no candidate I was first to be interviewed. There are 5 members in my panel 4M 1F. M1- you passed in 2011 what u doing after dat. Me- convincing him dat first I prepared for technical section but after dat il come to non tech part bcz for stability nd blaw blaw M1- what is ifsc code. Me- answered. M1- what is micr code nd first three digit represent what?? Me -answered. M1- how your engineering is beneficial for our bank. Me- convincing him dat I studied computer subjects in my btech so its very easy for me to handling the new software dat we introduced in our banking like CBS . M1- what is CBS. Me- answered. M2 - do you read news paper tell me some headlines and which headline interested you most. Me- my bad luck I told him about devaluation.I Handel the devaluation part very eaisly but again I said another headline of India Pakistan war. That Pakistan general commented something. They ask me two three question like .how many time India and Pakistan fight. Me- wrongly answered 2 times .they said we think your history part is little bit week.lets check your geography. M2- which is southern most state and union territory of India. Me- answered. Luckily he asked only one question from geography. M3 - what is cad. Me - answered. F- what is core in CBS.give me full form of core. Me- answered. F- if people don't go in bank for depositing money and they have black money outside and circulating in market how can we stop them. Me- ( I think I answered wrong I don't know plz correct me if m wrong) I said mam for converting that black money into white money they needs some official channels like bqnk so ultimately the money comes to bank nd we stopped them. Dats it they said thank nd hv a nice day. My interview lasted for 15 - 18 mins. All the best guys.
