Dear friends most are worried about low pay to Bankers in general. What we fail to understand is Bankers are getting highly subsidised loans that more than make up the apparent less pay. Say ur a fresh recruit in any state or central Govt or IT co. Here all our pays more than match. After 5 years we find ourselves lagging. Mr A is drawing 1 lac a month post 5 years and our SBI PO Mr B draws 70k(approx). Now Mr A needs to buy a house and car. Total 50 lacs for house and 8 lacs for car. Mr A would b required to pay approx 60k pm to fund this( EMI for HTL @880pm n car loan @1650pm).. Net left with 40 k..
Our Mr B wod fund this by spending 30k(HTL Emi 415 n car loan at 600pm) Net in hand 40k..
Some may argue I already have house or should I always B under loan to benefit the same.. But loans do help to save taxes..
It's just a comparison..
