I am working in Pune for 1 year 10 months but no gazetted officer is ready to attest my identity and character certificate, as i belongs to UP and they don't know me personally. Please suugest.
Will the character certificate issued by school/college during the time of graduation be sufficient ??

In the column for examinations passed regarding languages, for Hindi can we write 10th boards. Majority of my friends had Sanskrit. 10th board should be a good enough exam to mention, right?
