Vocab tips:

One of the fun ways to learn high difficulty words of english is to associate the word with something funny in your language/mother tongue

Now my mother tongue is english itself , but here are some words with intresting and easy to remember hindi explanations

1) AVARACIOUS: having or showing an extreme greed for wealth or material gain

Remember it as "A Vaaris" , now we all know how greedy a vaaris can be , so a picture should form in your mind of a greedy "vaaris" who wants his share in his father's property

2) Voracious : wanting or devouring great quantities of food

Remember it as "Wo rakshas" . Form a picture where a rakshas is eating great quantities of food

3) Connoisseur : an expert judge in matters of taste

Can you see this as "Kaun hai wo suwar ?" :joy: Consider a food competition where an expert has come to judge and he looks like a pig . Thus "Kaun hai wo suwar"

4) Abrogate : repeal or do away with

See it can be seen as "Ab ro gate" . Consider there is a father who is saying to his son : I want to legally break all my relation with you , then he says "AB ro gate pe jaakar" kyunki maine tujhe ghar se nikaal diya hai :joy:

5) AMICABLE : characterized by friendliness and absence of discord

Can you see here " AMI cab le " , consider there is a mother who has come to meet his son and she has to go somewhere , she says ke main bus le lungi to beta bolta hai ki bus kyu "AMI cab le" lo , taaki  aapko taklif na ho

Hope you guys get my point, Come up with such good(bizzare ?) logics and you will never have any difficulties in remembering tough words.
