Someone correct me and/or complete my information regarding the Payments Banks. RBI will/has granted 7 licenses. There were 11 entities to receive "in-principle" licenses. Then 3 left (Cholamandalam, Sun, Tech Mahindra) may be becuase they weren't able to satisfy the requirements for a full license?? The 4th that didn't got a license was Vodafone M-pesa. So, RBI granted 7 licenses to these - Aditya Birla NUVO (last). Airtel (first). India Post. FINO Paytech. NSDL (National Securities Depository Limited). Reliance (JioMoney). PayTM. Am I missing something here? Is my data correct?

Let me explain how normalization is not so useful here, assume that there are 100 students. Out of these 100 students, 10 are very serious who have planned their strategy and are studying for last 2 months or more.
Case 1: They all got Day 1, shift 1 (or 2), these 10 serious students have done 60 whereas rest 90 have done 50 each. so the avg score here is 51.
Case 2: They got day 3. these 10 after going through analysis properly, changed their strategies accordingly and did 70 confidently. Rest non serious students did 50 (they didn't bother to see the review or failed to interpret it). Now the avg score of this shift is 52.
So case 1 students get hardly 1-2 marks extra because of normalization. now out of 100 students, 10 were serious. what about the number of students in 10 lakhs? 1 lakh. now seats are 40-50K.
One can easily see that serious students in case one can got 1-2 marks extra whereas serious student in case 2 got around 10 marks extra as they know questions and pattern beforehand.
