I am a customer of your bank and writing this letter to apprise you of the pathetic way the files are handled in your bank.
Recently I was in the bank when I saw the staff showing utter disregard to the sanctity of the customer's files.They were strewn all around the place instead of being categorically organized.I,along with other customers of the bank had to wait for hours for the staff to fetch our files,leading to a waste of our time.When the files finally arrived , a few of them had pages missing or torn,leading to further hassles.
I request you to take cognizance of the matter and have it resolved at the earliest.
