Banking Sector is the only sector which generates huge employment almost every year. But seeing the trend from last 1 year i think the story will not be the same from now. Consolidation of banks , Application of PCA on Various banks and The most important using "moneypal" mode of recruitment (i mean Manipal courses) are going to make a drastic fall in the employment generation rate. Our private sector has already started firing employees due to less growth in last few years. Now the most important banking sector is also getting affected. Most important thing is if the youth remains unemployed then it will only create problems as Youth without purpose is dangerous possibility always.
