Why will cutoff be low? Ans- 1) In reasoning section there was not a single doable puzzle, most of us have attempted mostly Logical deduction questions so nothing can be said if all of them would fetch u marks and a few sure shots answered questions. 2) in eng , bhai sach bolu toh even koi expert bhi sure nahi hai he would get atleast 5 marks.everybody is just predicting according to his attempts.as per me there was no such question in the exam which u could say was a sureshot answer. After reading RC and understanding it( haha though I was not able to understand a single line) u had to understand the points given in the question and then deduct from them to answer. Only double fillers were easy ( par WO bhi 2 sentence m fit karna tha haha) similarly jumbles, fitting correct sentence,correction were all requires understanding and grammatical errors. 3) quant- I guess some of u won't have lost hope yet hahaha. Again D.I were toughest part of quant section.so mostly students rather attempted Logical deductions( type- if a is required to answer, if b is required, if a & b both etc) so again if would assure u some net marks. Geometry section included which few students were not aware of. As per my centre which is main centre of haryana few students could not able to solve even more than 5 questions.( haryana ibps rrb cutoff remains highest among all states, so u can't say students are below average). 4) GA- this was the cakewalk for studs who have done ca of last month ( may 17) seriously. Mind my words, your 40 -50 percent of total marks will be comprised of GA only. I know there were many who are still at stake in GA because of last month current affairs. Overall- to bhaiya eng m 20 plus wali ka bhi pata nhi negative jaega ya clear hoga. So there are 3 filters- sabse bada eng( though koi seriously nahi le RHA eng ko) ,then quant, then GA for those who went without preparing May gk. Good luck guys. Be positive.
