English aur reasoning will decide the fate of the results .I think around 20 k students will be getting around 35 from maths and GA

Hello everyone! I thought I’ll give a detailed review of RBI Gr. B Prelims Exam since many of you guys are asking. Since members of both groups are anxious to know, I’ll be posting the same in both SBI PO and RBI Groups. So, if you see anything repeated, please do not abuse. (The views expressed here are personal and should not be considered as the norm).
GA – Moderate Level. Expected nothing less or more. Equal weightage given to Banking and Current Affairs sections. Those scoring 45+ in GA will definitely stand a chance.
English – Moderate to Difficult Level. Similar to SBI PO, it was more reading based. They have now started asking 2 RCs in Prelims also (One easy and one difficult). Those who have good reading and comprehending skills will find it slightly easier than others. Idioms and phrases. sentence fillers, word fillers etc.
QA – The demotivator (for some). But again, like in SBI PO, question selection matters. Two DI were asked (One with 2 Pie Charts showing population and literacy and another based on Pipes and Cisterns just like the Time and Work DI asked in SBI PO). I personally found the Pipes and Cistern one easier as it was more concept based. Miscellaneous Inequality Questions were pretty much easy. Same with other 5-6 miscellaneous questions. One DI Caselet was asked (I didn’t bother). No number series or Approximation asked.
Reasoning – Moderate Level. No new types of questions asked. One puzzle with two rows facing each other was very easy. Statement and Conclusion/Inference were asked. Syllogism, Inequality and Inequality also. Direction based puzzle was also asked (which I found to be a bit tricky). Blood Relations of 5 marks was easy. Two more puzzles were asked.
Final Verdict – English and QA was heavily borrowed from SBI PO Mains Exam (though not that difficult). For the upcoming exams, please focus more on improving Reading Speed and DO NOT skip Miscellaneous Topics for QA (although you should have understood this after the SBI PO debacle).

Banks wale ajjkal Ramanujan and oxford pass out dund rhe hai .... Khud bc 2+2 typ question krke select hue hai aur abb bachho ki leni kr rakhi hai..

Naya trend yhi hai ki reasoning krne layak rkho.. gk bhi padhe likhe pa jayein.. maths main majduri krwao and English main dhakka..ek passage hawa main ek thoda sa smjh main.... jo bechara halki English wala ho wo kahan Jaye, aisi English rat bhi nhi skte.. sbi ne bhi yhi kiya rbi ne bhi.. aage bhi aisa hi rehna hai.. #personalopinion padhe likhe may vary 😂😂😂
