Guys tell me this. I have heard various people and bank pos saying that branch manager abuses them and uses cuss words and gaalis publicly to insult the newly recruited POs. Now the promotion policy or job security doesnt depend on your branch manager. So why do they tolerate such insults? Are there proper channels to address this issue ? What can be done ?
My dear fellow aspirants, I have been out of Pg for 15 days and yesterday I again came back to look for good questions but all I saw was feud between people here and today again am looking at posts on misbehavior in Pg. The thread of ibps po last year was much classier than this thread and I really feel sad saying that. We had great aspirants who shared questions and had discussions on better approaches and good techniques. People gossiped less and discussed more. Never I saw some hate comment or war on casteism . I used to get inspired here by the preparation, knowledge and dedication of people but now I just feel plain. Aspirants here are really talented n we need to inspire each other. I said what I felt, no hard feelings for anyone but just words.

Just checked pg.....many qns regarding sbi mains result. I called them today morning.....they told me it will declared by wed/thu evening after 4pm.
I think all the Input-Output qstns asked in SBI mains wer '2 marks', someone pls confirm it......... tnx

pls somebody clarify my quary " while solving any arrangement problem with blood relation suppose any point occur which says " G is not immediate neighour of her sister in law" than as we know sister in law can be husband's sister or it can be brother's wife similary any point which says "F is not immediate neighour of his uncle" than in this case what we have to assume maternal uncle or paternal uncle. suppose if we note down every possiblity regarding these type of relation than will it not be so complex to solve as in some puzzle besides finding relation we also have to find arrangement as well as their like/dislike. Pls somebody share views how to tackle situation like these..??

Guys I watched some videos on youtube for SBI interview mocks. One thing I noticed is that the interviewers do not let the person finish their answers , they always cut him/her while they are in the middle of their answers.
Does this happen in the real SBI interviews too ?
Bcoz I am one of those persons who dont like to be cut when I am speaking something , and I may lose my cool in the interview room.
