For OBC certificate it is mentioned that it should be dated between 01/04/2017 to date of interview... mine is dated in February 2017...please suggest What should be done?

HYD on 13th my most unlucky no. Waise 3rd AC charges de raha hain mausi ko dekh ke aa jaunga.
Interview call letter dekhne tak yakim nahi hua ki mai mains clear kiya.
My Application for SBI and Aadhar Card states my name in the format "Name MiddleName Surname". But my Matriculation and Degree cert states it in "Surname Name MiddleName"
Do I need to get an affadivit according to the rules mentioned in Bio-data form?
I do not hav any experience, and i do hav charactr certificate frm my college,which is 2000 km far,,,can i issue 2 character certificate from 2 different gazzeted officer?,,,pls only serious and confirm advice
