Hello. In the list of enclosures for biodata form, point number 11 refers to "extracurricular activity(please specify)". Can you please tell me what kind of activities could be specified (For example: Does stuff like Oratory competition, basic skiing course, mountaineering etc with proper certificates qualify)

Guys I have added Banglore as my first preference but Kannada is not my native language. I heard that bank employees need to learn Kannada in 6 months or they will be sacked. This I came to know after filling the preference. This is making me anxious. Can anyone please comment if after selection any other location can be requested? If one is not able to learn Kannada in 6 months, won't the employee transferred to some other location?
