can we take sbi branch manager sign for identity certificate and character certificate, as it is mentioned in bio data form but branch manger is not mentioned in point 9 in call letter while all other gazetted posts are mentioned there.
"9. The identity certificate in the Bio-data form should be signed by any one of the following:- Gazetted Officers of Central /State Government, Member of Parliament/ State Legislature, Sub-Div. Magistrate/ Officer, Tehsildar or Naib/ Dy. Tehsildar authorized to exercise magisterial power, Principal/ Headmaster of recognized institutions, Block Development Officer or Postmaster. "
