Character Certificate confusion regarding last college attended:
I did my grad in 2014 and Post grad from 2015-17. I did not mention Post grad in the application form as i was still in final sem and it was not completed.
My question, A character certificate by Post Grad college would suffice?
Can anyone pls upload the prescribed format of character cirtificate or post the link from where it can be downloaded ?
I have changed my name after 10th by proper channel and i have it in gazette notification but in bio -data form point no 6 d) they mentioned that newspaper cutting and deed poll required , soo my question is tht only gazette notification will sufficient or i need to get tht in news paper also !?

Obc certificate issue- I have made a certificate of obc in dec 2016, in both state and central government format with clause stating that i do not belong to creamy layer....
Now they are saying chahe sbi bole ya koi bhi bole.. hum baar baar thodi bana ke de sakte hai obc certificate. It can be digitally verified fir kya prob hai? and agar dusra chahiye toh wait till dec 2017 uske baad he banega. what to do?
I guess this question may be asked What the reason behind decreasing interest on saving account from 4 to 3.5%.

what if interviewer ask question in Hindi then can we answer some question in English and some question in Hindi?

Regarding Bio-data.
I did dual degree 5yrs course. i.e. I had 10 semesters. Now, bio-data form provides space for 8. What should I do?
Also, CGPA system tha. Toh individual sem ke marks nhi diye h, cumulative h. How should I fill my marks?
Do we have to write the total marks irrespective of optional or pass course subject.
