yaar character certificate and identity certificate par nationalised bank ke branch manager ke signature chalenge na... I went there and they simply said ki branch manager ke signature nahi chalenge.... I showed them it is clearly mentioned ki chalenge but they were like galti se likh diya hoga nahi chalte.... Please help.
