Hi. I was filling the SBI-PO 2017 application form.
They are asking me about my previous attempts and at the same time saying that appearing in Prelims will not be counted as an attempt.
I have attempted SBI PO in 2015 and 2016 in which I couldn't clear the first round. So, should I put 0 as the number of attempts as it says that "Appearing in Prelim will not be counted as a chance" ?

About qualification details in filling the application form: What should be written in the "Name of Institution/College" column? Should I write College name only or University name? If not Uni Name then where to write it? "Place Of Institution/College" me to bas city ka naam aayega, right?
