After Downloading the RRB form. Thumb Impression is looking tiny. Is there will be any problem?

I just want to know one thing.. Only 10x people will be selected for mains (That's the half of last year) and also, fewer seats as compared to last year..
Then how could cutoff be less than previous year? I think cutoff will rise by a few marks.

What's the level of machine i/o questions being asked in the exam. Is it worth giving a try or very complex logic associated with it which is very much time consuming and not advisable to attend?
As far as I know in first shift there was a question of double shifting with +1 addition, which is doable.
What about other shifts ( 3rd/4th) ? Please reply.
