A declaration will have to be submitted in the prescribed format by candidates seeking reservation under OBC category stating that he/ she does not belong to the creamy layer as on 13.05.2018. OBC certificate containing the 'Non-creamy layer' clause, issued during the period 01.04.2018 to the date of interview, should be submitted by such candidates, if called for interview.

So Now one belongs to OBC NCL had to take certificate within the date 13-05-18 ri8??

Two Major Changes this year till now noticeable

1) No Secctional Cut off in Prelim, Only aggregate will be taken into consideration.

2) Ratio for mains will be reduced to 1:10 this year from earlier 1:20

Someone plz clear my doubt . I have certificates in c language and c++ as well and I also studied these 2 languages in college during my engineering. Is it enough to show as computer literacy proof ? Or I have to show some certificate from school ? I studied computer in school but there was no board exam it was an optional subect.

No reservation in govt exam from now on in Bangladesh. If they can do , why can't India.

Guys, The notification says category wise merit list will be drawn in selection procedure, does that mean vertical reservation has been scrapped?
