Frankly, if the results were fake, people who have attempted less than 58 also would be in and a few who have attempted >70 would be out. But that's not the case here. On an average people who have attempted more than 60 have crossed the hurdle. Hardly a few exceptions less than 60 cleared the prelims, And here I'm talking about the GEN category. Just a thought.
