Mereko ye samajh nhi ata bank k clerk n po ki salary central govt k clerk jitni bhi nhi hai. Infact psu k jitni bhi nhi hai iocl hpcl etc. Lekin kaam sabse jyada bank k employee karte hain aur talented log bhi yahin hain. Fir bhi salary nhi badhati govt. Aur bank ka union bhi kuch nhi karta. In today’s world migration has become a global issue. Migration refers to mobility of people from one place to another in search of food, better job opportunity and due to safety concern. The cases Like Rhongiya Muslims from Myanmar, Syrians refugees and African migrants shows that people tend to go to other country if they are facing hostility in their native country.
While host countries face a lot of problem while dealing with migrants but still they are beneficial to their host countries. Contribution from immigrant towards the growth of U.S. can’t be ignored. More than 50% of their Silicon Valley population are formed by immigrants. In the recent world cup win of France, the performance of immigrants players were highly commendable.
But even as immigrant bring newer talent and cheaper workforce, they also create problems for the host country. With limited resources host countries find it difficult for arranging food and other livelihood requirements for the migrants. Due to being cheaper workforce migrants create job opportunities problem for natives. In case of being unemployed, migrants tend to indulge in illegal activities which create law and order problem in host countries.
As human lives in society we need to help each other. So while dealing with migrants people need to see both side as no one wants to leave his country voluntarily. Prominent world countries needs to handle this issue delicately as it effects a lot of people.
