Guys... Is pa/sa in chsl better than sbi/ibps clerk? Considering that the in-hand salary of pa/sa(32k in metro cities) is greater than sbi/ibps clerk (20k-23k), pa/sa seems much better. But is the career growth in pa/sa at par with sbi/ibps clerk? Also, I think chsl is easier than sbi/ibps clerk. Anybody with any insights on this?

i have appeared for sbi po 2015 and 2016 prelims....but i didn't clear the prelim stage in both of them.....so should my attempts count for those years or not
