Gazetted officer se jo character certificate sign karwana hai...usme kya likhe...kya format or content hoga...SBI n koi format bataya hai kya..character certificate puch rha hu, identity ka nahi

Hey Guys, I have a doubt regarding character certificate.

I don't have any work experience. In this case can i have 2 moral certificates from two different gazetted officers or one character certificate is compulsory?
