24 September, 2018. LHO Delhi, 10:30 AM, Panel 3 (11 Candidates were in my panel) Document Verification: It's a smooth process but still takes time. Keep all the orginals ready and don't leave any column blank in the bio-data form. Carry your adhaar card and one password size photo extra with you. GD and GE (12:30 PM) There were two members conducting this exercise. We were asked to introduce ourself first and then they told about this round. They clearly told that they don't want to check our knowledge. They just want to see how well we can work in a group. GD (Which is worst for India: Corruption or Unemployment) 5 Minutes to think and 20 Minutes for discussion. It started off nice but soon the points started getting repetitive and we came to a consensus. As there was still time left they asked to carry on more. Overall it was good. GE (Which is hurting more to the Indian economy) 1. Unemployment 2. Poor Infrastructure 3. Poor Education 4. Balance of Payments 5. Inequality 6. Rigid Labour Laws 7. High Private Debt 8. Budget Deficit They clearly said that we have 15 minutes to write out rankings. And then everyone will say their 1st rank one by one and then we need to come to a consensus. After that everyone will say their 2nd rank and so on. We were again given 20 minutes for this. But the moment it started everyone tried to keep their point. We could come to a consensus for only 2 ranks. We were given snacks after this and the first interview started at 2:45 PM. On an average every interview lasted for 10-12 minutes. There were 5 members. Interview: Q. Tell me about yourself. Q. Why you want to quit your business and do a job? (I am running a start up) Q. What are 3 challenges that a start up face? Q. What were your learnings through your start up? Q. Why public sector banks and not private sector banks? Q. In which bank you have an account? (I have an account in Vijaya bank so few questions moved to the recent merger. How will it impact the local people and the respective banks) Q. What are the three major issues banks are facing these days? Q. What are the 5 P's of Marketing? (I have done MBA) Q. Which P is most important in banking sector? Overall it was a great experience.
Should we write hindi again in "knowledge of languages other than English" column? Already mentioned it as mother tongue

My college's character certificate is the same as the provisional they have given. As in the provisional certificate for is with the headline "provisional cum character certificate". So, I'll submit this provisional certificate for the character also?
Please tell anybody what is the difference between GD and GE?? And what we have to do in GE??
Can working in a PSB(albeit as a clerk) and having JAIIB certificate be advantageous for a candidate during interview?

sbi lho patna they took only biodata and one set of document and 4 set of photocopies. but they did not take admit card. did this happen to anyone else
